We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products (Gis, Rashguards, Shorts). However, please note that colors may differ due to device screen settings.

  • SPORTING USE DISCLAIMER: Our products are designed for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), grappling, and combat sports. While we strive for maximum durability and quality construction, combat sports involve inherent risks. Raindrop Fightwear is not liable for any injuries sustained during the practice of sports while wearing our gear. You acknowledge that you train and compete at your own risk.

  • DURABILITY: BJJ is a high-impact sport. While our gear is tested for the mats, normal wear and tear from friction, gripping, and washing is expected over time and does not constitute a manufacturing defect.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND PRE-ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

  • Pre-Orders: Items marked as "PRE-ORDER" are sold as reservations for future stock. Estimated shipping dates are subject to production timelines. By purchasing a pre-order item, you agree to wait for the product to be manufactured and shipped.
  • Order Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse any order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail provided at the time the order was made.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. Posted prices generally include applicable taxes for orders within the EU (VAT), but do not include shipping, handling, or customs charges for international orders, which are the responsibility of the customer.
