Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed and shipped from our headquarters in San Roque, Spain.
- Processing Time: Please allow 1-5 business days for us to prepare and dispatch your order.
- Operations: Orders are processed Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or Spanish national holidays.
- High Volume: During new drops or sale periods, processing times may extend slightly due to high demand. We appreciate your patience.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (SPAIN)
For orders within Spain (Peninsula & Balearic Islands):
- Carriers: We primarily use Correos and CorreosExpress.
- Estimated Delivery: 24-72 business hours once the package has left our facility.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla: Please allow additional time for customs clearance. You must provide your ID number (DNI/NIE) at checkout for customs procedures.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (EU & WORLD)
We ship globally to fellow jiu-jitsu athletes.
- Carriers: We use DHL and Correos International depending on the destination and service selected.
Estimated Delivery: 5-15 business days.
Note: This is an estimate. Actual delivery time depends on local customs processing speeds in your country.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number.
Please allow 48 hours for the carrier to scan the package and for tracking information to update in the system.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (International Orders)
Raindrop Fightwear is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- EU Orders: No customs duties for countries within the European Union.
- Non-EU Orders (UK, USA, etc.): Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Raindrop Fightwear is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
- Damaged: If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and email us at raindropfightwear@gmail.com with photos of the condition. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- Lost: Raindrop Fightwear is not liable for packages lost by the carrier once they have been successfully handed over. However, we will do our best to assist you in locating the package or filing a claim with the carrier.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. Raindrop Fightwear is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
